Unfortunately, my experience with Smart Chemist was less than ideal. The product I received was near its expiration date, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service, and while they offered a replacement, it was an inconvenience. I appreciate the customer service response, but I think more attention needs to be paid to product quality control

The order arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service and a fantastic selection of products.

The selection of healthcare products on Smart Chemist is impressive, and the prices are good. However, I found the website a bit confusing to navigate. I think the user interface could be improved to make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for. That said, once I found the products I needed, the checkout process was straightforward.
