If symptoms persist for more than 2 hours and there is no response to the initial dose, a second dose should not be taken for the same attack. The maximum daily dose of Zomig (zolmitriptan) tablets is 10mg in any 24-hour period. Zomig (zolmitriptan) is licensed for use in adults between the ages of 18-65 years.
