What dose should I choose?

Priligy (Dapoxetine) tablets are available as a 30mg and 60mg tablet. The recommended starting dose of Priligy (dapoxetine)according to the British National Formulary (BNF) is 30 mg initially, with subsequent doses adjusted according to response.

Priligy (Dapoxetine) tablets are suitable for individuals who have one of the following:

  • Poor control over ejaculation
  • Distress, anxiety, and/or interpersonal difficulty as a result of PE
  • A history of PE exceeding 6 months
  • Men who achieve ejaculation within two minutes or less of penetration during sex

It is not recommended for use in adults over the age of 65 years.

How should I take Priligy tablets?

Priligy (dapoxetine) tablets are to be taken approximately 1–3 hours before sexual activity. The tablet can be taken with or without food. Priligy (dapoxetine) has a maximum daily dose of 60mg. Only a single dose of Priligy should be taken in any 24 hour period.
